Bajilogin Terms and Conditions – Please Read Before You Play

01 Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry specific meanings that apply consistently across the entire bajilogin platform.

02 Account Registration

To use the full range of bajilogin services, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and preferred payment method details. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided at registration and must keep it current.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one bajilogin account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or a different one — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery function or contact support.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bajilogin login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify bajilogin support immediately at support@bajilogin.im. Bajilogin will not be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

03 Eligibility & Age Verification

Bajilogin is strictly an adult platform. You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account and use any bajilogin service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable to you.

Bajilogin reserves the right to request identity documents at any time during the account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal or in response to suspicious account activity. Documents that may be requested include a CNIC, passport or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on bajilogin are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied and no foreign currency is accepted. The minimum deposit is Rs 200.

Accepted Payment Methods

Bajilogin currently accepts deposits via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Payment method availability may change and the current list will always be reflected on the deposit page within your bajilogin account.

Deposit Limits

Standard accounts have daily and monthly deposit limits that apply by default for responsible gaming purposes. You may request to lower your deposit limit at any time from your account settings. Requests to raise a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period and a review.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on bajilogin are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200.

Processing Times

Bajilogin reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. If your account has not previously been verified, you may be asked to submit your CNIC or other acceptable documentation before the first withdrawal is released. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to all bajilogin accounts.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Bajilogin offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, referral bonuses, VIP reload offers and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out here and any additional terms published with the specific offer.

General Bonus Rules

• One welcome bonus per person, per household and per IP address. Multiple accounts created to claim bonuses will result in forfeiture and account closure.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time period. Uncompleted bonuses expire automatically.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash without meeting wagering requirements.
• Bajilogin reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice.
• In cases of suspected abuse, bajilogin reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from them.
• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and used after real money balance is depleted, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for any bonus is the number of times the bonus amount must be bet before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. For example, a Rs 500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires Rs 5,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted. The specific multiplier for each promotion is published within that promotion's terms and displayed in your bonus history.

07 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on bajilogin is governed by the following rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published in the sportsbook. By placing a bet on bajilogin you accept these rules in full.

Bet Acceptance

Bajilogin reserves the right to accept or decline any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are not confirmed until the platform returns a confirmed bet receipt. In cases of technical error or manifestly incorrect odds (a pricing error that a reasonable person would recognise as a mistake), bajilogin reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes.

Live / In-Play Betting

Live in-play bets placed on bajilogin are subject to the real-time odds available at the moment of confirmation. Due to the nature of live streaming and data feeds, a brief delay may exist between events occurring and odds updating. Bajilogin will void bets placed during confirmed technical feed failures affecting odds integrity. Where a match is interrupted or abandoned, bets will be settled according to bajilogin's standard abandonment rules published in the sportsbook help section.

Settlement and Dispute Resolution

Bajilogin settles bets based on official results from the relevant sporting body. In the event of a scoring dispute, bajilogin will use the official governing body's final result. If you believe a bet has been incorrectly settled, you must raise a dispute within 72 hours of the settlement date by contacting bajilogin support with the relevant bet ID.

08 Casino & Games Rules

Casino games on bajilogin — including live dealer tables, video slots, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, table games and fishing games — are provided by certified third-party game developers. Each game operates under its own documented rules, which are available within the game interface.

RNG and Fairness

All software-based casino games on bajilogin use certified random number generators (RNGs) that are independently audited for fairness. Published RTP (return to player) percentages are accurate to the game version in use on the platform. Bajilogin does not manipulate game outcomes.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game round, the game session will be reviewed and either restored to its last valid state or voided with the stake returned. Bajilogin does not pay out winnings arising from a confirmed technical error or game malfunction. All decisions regarding technical fault resolutions are final.

Game Availability

Bajilogin reserves the right to add, remove or modify casino games and providers on the platform without prior notice. The unavailability of a specific game does not constitute grounds for any form of compensation.

09 Responsible Gaming

Bajilogin is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. We offer the following tools to every account holder, accessible at any time from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to keep your spending within a budget you choose.
• Loss Limits — Limit the amount you can lose over a defined period before new bets are blocked.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive a notification after a set period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks — Periodic pop-up summaries showing your session activity and net result.
• Self-Exclusion — Temporarily or permanently lock your account for a cooling-off period. Requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Referral Programme

The bajilogin refer a friend programme allows existing registered members to earn bonuses by inviting new players to the platform. The following rules apply to all referral activity:

• Referral bonuses are credited once the referred player registers via the referrer's unique link and completes their first qualifying deposit of Rs 200 or more.
• Only genuinely new registrations that pass bajilogin's duplicate account checks qualify. Referring yourself, family members sharing a device or household, or creating fake accounts is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all referral bonuses and possible account closure.
• Referral bonus rates vary by tier as published on the Refer a Friend page. Bajilogin reserves the right to modify referral rates with 7 days' notice.
• Referral bonuses at standard tier are credited to your cash wallet and are withdrawable subject to any wagering requirements stated in the current promotion. Higher tier referral bonus conditions are published separately.
• Bulk, automated or spam-based distribution of referral links is prohibited. Bajilogin may revoke referral privileges for accounts found to be using such methods.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bajilogin. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and referral to appropriate authorities:

12 Account Suspension & Closure

Bajilogin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms and Conditions. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering or terms abuse, bajilogin may forfeit the account balance without prior notice.

For suspensions related to responsible gaming (self-exclusion or limit breach), bajilogin will communicate the reason to the account holder and provide guidance on next steps. For suspensions related to compliance or fraud investigation, bajilogin may not be able to disclose specific reasons while an investigation is ongoing.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support at support@bajilogin.im. Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via the most recent withdrawal method after standard verification.

13 Limitation of Liability

Bajilogin is provided on an "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free or free from technical issues beyond our control. Bajilogin will not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from platform downtime, data transmission errors or technical faults not caused by bajilogin's own negligence.
• Any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the bajilogin platform.
• Actions of third-party payment providers, including delays or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals.
• Game outcomes or results determined by certified RNG or live dealer operations.

Bajilogin's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of your use of the platform is limited to the amount of real money funds held in your account at the time the claim arises.

14 Privacy & Data

Bajilogin collects and processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing and improving the platform experience. The collection, storage and use of your personal data is governed by bajilogin's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

By registering a bajilogin account you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct and request deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Submit such requests to support@bajilogin.im.

15 Amendments to These Terms

Bajilogin may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be notified to registered users via the email address on their account and/or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised with each update.

Your continued use of bajilogin after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using bajilogin and may request account closure before the changes take effect.

16 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of bajilogin will be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Bajilogin operates internationally and where local laws affect the applicability of specific provisions, those provisions will be read in a manner consistent with local requirements to the maximum extent possible.

Any formal dispute that cannot be resolved through bajilogin's internal complaint process shall be referred to binding arbitration. Before initiating any formal proceedings, users are required to first exhaust bajilogin's customer support escalation process. Most complaints are resolved within 5 business days.

For complaints, please use the formal complaints process via email, clearly stating "Formal Complaint" in the subject line along with your registered account username and a description of the issue. Bajilogin will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 5 business days.
